Charlotte Pattie Old married George Wallace Ribble Sr, son of Dr William Henry Ribble Sr and Mary Francis Archer Goodwin, on 14 November 1901 at Powhatan, Powhatan County, Virginia. She was 21 at the time. Her married name was Charlotte Pattie Old Ribble. At the time of their son Leigh's birth in 1902, Charlotte Pattie Old and George Wallace Ribble Sr were residing in Brazil There were a missionaries in Brazil then. That also means they probably will not be found in the 1900 US Census.2
